  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Malaysia.

Total Salary: RM 4,500

Supporting Market: Singapore, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.

Language: Mandarin , Cantonese + English

Work Hour: Rotational Basis - 5 working days and 2 days off

Joining Date: April 7th, 2025 Education: SPM or Diploma or Graduation degree (Soft copy of certificate should be provided, only SPM result/slip can't be accepted)

*Job Description :*

- Responsible for answering, resolving customer issues, and upselling through chat within a growing customer base.

- Identify and relate with various customer needs and scenarios.

-Provide customers resolution/consultation with cutting-edge solutions in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner.

-Remain updated in client and industry led processes, technology applications, utilities, and products.

-Utilize various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing.

-Transfer customers to appropriate departments when required.

-Conduct data entry, documentation, and case management.

-Work and partner with others within a team-based environment.

-Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals.

-Requires good English skills, excellent in Mandarin and Cantonese speaking.

-Able to read and write in Mandarin and English-Able to speak & understand Cantonese

he role is 100% sales and technical support with account management, comes with fixed basic, allowances etc.

*Signing Bonus*The candidates with 0-2 months of experience will receive RM 2,000. The signing bonus will be disbursed in two installments – the first half will be paid with the first month's salary, and the second half will be paid upon confirmation, close to the payout date. that is, 1st tranche will be credited on the 1st salary after completing 30days while 2nd tranche will be credited after completing 90days.

*Bond:* The first 1-year bond is included as well:RM7,000 of bond payment for Malaysian if they were to leave the organization for the first 1 year.*Education:*- SPM or Diploma or Graduation degree (Soft copy of certificate should be provided, only SPM result/slip can't be accepted)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
