Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sea and air shipments, including booking, pickup, delivery, and transportation schedules.
- Prepare required documentation for sea and air freight (bills of lading, air waybills, invoices, etc.).
- Liaise with customs to ensure smooth clearance of sea and air shipments.
- Update customers on shipment status and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and service providers for rates and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on regulations and compliance for sea and air freight operations.
- Identify risks and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Negotiate vendor rates and monitor transportation costs to maintain profitability.
- Streamline workflows and improve efficiency for sea and air freight operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements and skills:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Supply Chain /Logistics / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or similar industry.
- Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and in a group, result-oriented, and highly motivated.
- A fast learner, pro-active, self-driven, and self-motivated person.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed, organized, and good time management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
