  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sea and air shipments, including booking, pickup, delivery, and transportation schedules.
  • Prepare required documentation for sea and air freight (bills of lading, air waybills, invoices, etc.).
  • Liaise with customs to ensure smooth clearance of sea and air shipments.
  • Update customers on shipment status and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and service providers for rates and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated on regulations and compliance for sea and air freight operations.
  • Identify risks and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Negotiate vendor rates and monitor transportation costs to maintain profitability.
  • Streamline workflows and improve efficiency for sea and air freight operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements and skills:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Supply Chain /Logistics / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or similar industry.
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and in a group, result-oriented, and highly motivated.
  • A fast learner, pro-active, self-driven, and self-motivated person.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed, organized, and good time management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
