We are looking for a Technical Business Development Manager who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

As an Technical Business Development Manager, you will have a chance to:

  • Provides technical advice and be the subject matter expert to customers.
  • Able to articulate customers request and to plan, architect and present the proposal to customer.
  • Perform primarily in pre-technical job scope with minimal or as and when required to perform post scope of work responsibilities following the requirements of the customers.
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and partners.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Prepare documents like proposals and involve in tender preparation.
  • Leads solution development effort that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary personnel.
  • Market research on the latest solution or technology and propose to company as solution offerings.
  • Responsible for adhering to Company’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) by understanding the plan and the role as well as taking ownership for a specific action
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services by participating in educational activities.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by the Management from time to time.

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate from a recognized institution, preferably in IT/Information Systems/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical implementation experience on enterprise Cloud solutions.
  • Experience working with a System Integrator (SI) or Technology Consulting organization is preferred
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills: confident in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to interact with customers professionally on behalf of the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
