The Tour Operation Executive plays a dual role in managing daily business operations while driving growth and expansion. This position involves optimizing processes, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of tour operations, including itinerary development, vendor negotiations, and logistical arrangements.
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and travel experience.
- Continuously exploring and identifying new and unique travel opportunities to enhance our offerings.
- Working closely with the marketing team to promote tour packages and boost sales.
- Keeping comprehensive records and reports on tour operations and client feedback.
- Addressing and resolving any challenges that arise during tours with effective solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in operations, business development, or sales is preferred.
