Job Scope:

  • Manage in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring procedures.
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in administering HR policies and procedures, including leave management, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic salary: RM2000 per month (Negotiable) + RM500 Performance Allowance
