Job Scope:
- Manage in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring procedures.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in administering HR policies and procedures, including leave management, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic salary: RM2000 per month (Negotiable) + RM500 Performance Allowance
