Job Responsibilities:
1. Financial Transactions & Reporting
- Monitor bank transactions and update financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and general ledger updates.
2. Procurement & Invoice Management
- Process purchase orders (P.O) and ensure accuracy in supplier transactions.
- Issue invoices and verify SST exemption where applicable.
3. Expense & Claims Processing
- Review and process staff claims, advances, and supplier invoices.
- Ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
4. Taxation & Compliance
- Assist in SST payment processing and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and tax submissions.
5. Payroll & Payment Processing
- Support payroll processing, monthly commitments (salaries, utilities, office rental, etc.).
- Manage payment vouchers and approval workflows.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance & accounting.
- Proficiency in ABSS Software, any accounting software, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
