Job Responsibilities:

1. Financial Transactions & Reporting

  • Monitor bank transactions and update financial records.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and general ledger updates.

2. Procurement & Invoice Management

  • Process purchase orders (P.O) and ensure accuracy in supplier transactions.
  • Issue invoices and verify SST exemption where applicable.

3. Expense & Claims Processing

  • Review and process staff claims, advances, and supplier invoices.
  • Ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping.

4. Taxation & Compliance

  • Assist in SST payment processing and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for audits and tax submissions.

5. Payroll & Payment Processing

  • Support payroll processing, monthly commitments (salaries, utilities, office rental, etc.).
  • Manage payment vouchers and approval workflows.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance & accounting.
  • Proficiency in ABSS Software, any accounting software, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
