We are looking for candidate who is responsible for preparing meals in an office setting, ensuring that employees have access to nutritious and delicious food options. The role involves meal planning, ingredients procurement, meal preparation, kitchen cleanliness and adhering to food safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Plan and prepare/cook meals for lunch and afternoon tea for 12-20pax daily
- Planning weekly menus by creating balanced and varied menu based on staff preferences and dietary restrictions
- Source, purchase and manage ingredients within budget
- Ensuring the kitchen/dining area are clean
Qualifications:
- Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent (not required)
- At least 1-3 years of experience as cook, chef or kitchen assistant
- Experience in office cooking, catering or meal planning is a plus
- Knowledge of different cooking techniques and various cuisines
Schedule:
Office hour - Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
