We are looking for a Business Manager who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

As a Business Manager, you are required to:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Develop a high-performing sales pipeline by implementing effective prospecting strategies and driving lead generation initiatives to support long-term revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify and strategically engage potential corporate clients to expand market reach and strengthen the company's competitive position.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, principals, and partners.
- Collaborate with multiple parties internally and externally (Solution Manager, Marketing, Technical Services & Support, external partners, technology vendors) to support company’s objective and add value to customers.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to enhance business growth.
- Maintain business momentum by working closely with all stakeholders to ensure strategic and timely execution of sales and growth initiatives.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities within the job scope that assigned by the Management from time to time.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate from a recognized institution, preferably in IT/Information Systems/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/Business/Marketing
- Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience in managing key B2B client accounts, preferably within the technology sector.
- Proven expertise in driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships
- Experience in handling enterprise clients, particularly in the financial services (FSI) or telecommunications (Telco) industries, is highly advantageous.
- Have a strong understanding of product management, including its lifecycle, product positioning, strategic development and business/technical value to support business growth
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to align sales strategies with overall business objectives are essential.
- Understanding of IT products, services, and market trends in Malaysia.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional communication and influential presentation skills.
- Own transport and willing to travel to client offices.
- Experience working with a System Integrator (SI) or Technology Consulting organization is preferred.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
