- Support frontline operation issues and processes to meet the company’s objectives.
- Supervise, direct, and guide staff, and develop process improvements to enhance the flow of work.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve all customer inquiries/complaints promptly and amicably.
- Ensure all company’s standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers.
- Monitor OJT (On-the-Job Training) enrollment.
- Prepare reports as requested by the Management.
- Develop ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns.
- Monitor consumer reactions and the results of customer service efforts, making necessary improvements to achieve better results.
- Monitor company bike movement in and out, maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate manpower from Service Department for any company event.
- Oversee and monitor KESC & KPS operations nationwide.
- Communicate with dealers of Suzuki motors and ensure good communication with Suzuki dealers on operation matters.
- Monitor the in-coming of Suzuki motors and manage related tasks.
- Responsible for ISO Compliance.
- To perform any additional tasks that assigned by management/superior.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma in the Automotive field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
- Leadership abilities, good supervisory skills, and problem identification and solving.
- Results-oriented, confident, with the ability to adapt and meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
