  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

2. Customer Engagement & Consultation

  • Conduct basic product demonstrations and recommend suitable services based on customer needs.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales service.

3. Roadshows & Marketing Events

  • Plan, organize, and execute roadshows and promotional events to increase clinic visibility.
  • Engage with potential customers during roadshows to introduce clinic services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for events.

4. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Actively promote the clinic’s eyecare services, treatments, and optical products to new and existing customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships to expand the clinic’s customer base.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations based on customers’ eyecare needs.

5. Sales Reporting & Market Insights

  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and event performance data.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
