Job Responsibilities
1 Print tender drawing.
2 Edit tender bills of quantities.
3 Inking tender bills of quantities.
4 Photocopy construction drawing and prepare drawing list to distribute to Site/Subcon.
5 Photocopy progress claim for submission.
6 Coordinate for courier service.
7 Calling despatch for collection of progress claim.
8 Maintain filling record of general documents.
9 In-charge to send out the sub-contractor's submitted claim to Project Manager follow the workflow stated in Proposed progress payment status log record.
Job Requirements
· SPM or Certificate in any related field.
· Minimum 1 years of working experience in construction or projects in administrative/document controller role.
. Good personality and communication skills.
· Computer literate, good in Ms Excel and Ms Word.
· Location in Bandar Puchong Jaya.
