Business Development Manager (BDM)
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join Nexlaw. In this role, you will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, growing our client base, and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Research industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Lead contract discussions and negotiate deals that benefit both the client and the company.
- Track sales performance and provide updates on progress and challenges.
- Work closely with other teams, such as marketing and operations, to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to find and close new business deals.
Skills Needed:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Can work independently and with a team.
- Good understanding of market trends and industry developments.
