We are seeking an experienced IT Executive with 5-6 years of working experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Windows environments, Microsoft 365 (O365), and Active Directory (AD). This role involves overseeing IT operations, managing infrastructure, implementing IT strategies, and ensuring seamless system performance. The candidate should also have experience in ERP implementation, networking, cybersecurity, and IT support services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Operations, Infrastructure & Asset Management
· Oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
· Administer and maintain Windows-based environments, Microsoft 365 (O365), and Active Directory (AD).
· Ensure IT systems are operating efficiently and securely.
· Manage software installations, updates, and patches to maintain system integrity.
· Implement and support ERP systems, network infrastructure, and cloud-based services.
· Oversee IT asset management, including tracking, maintenance, and lifecycle management of hardware and software.
2. IT Support & Troubleshooting
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
· Diagnose and resolve system-related problems to minimize downtime.
· Ensure timely resolution of IT service requests and incidents.
3. Network & Cybersecurity
· Configure and maintain networking equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
· Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect company data and IT assets.
· Monitor IT security systems and address vulnerabilities to prevent security breaches.
4. IT Strategic Planning & Process Improvement
· Assist in developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance IT capabilities.
· Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and security protocols.
5. ERP Implementation & Rollout
· Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and maintenance.
· Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful deployment.
· Provide training and support for end-users on ERP functionalities.
6. Training & Documentation
· Conduct IT training sessions for employees on best practices, cybersecurity, and software usage.
· Maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and user manuals.
· Prepare reports on IT performance, incidents, and system improvements.
Requirements:
5-6 years of experience in an IT Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (O365), and Active Directory (AD).
Experience in system administration, networking, and IT security.
Knowledge of ERP implementation and rollout is an advantage.
Familiarity with IT strategic planning, SOPs, and process improvements.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: O365, or Azure.
ITIL Certification (a plus).
