Role Description

Summary/Objective : The Human Resource Admin Executive serves as a key liaison between the HR department and specific business units, working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. The HR Admin provides tactical and strategic HR support, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all candidate documents are collected and completed as required.
  • Responsible for entering candidate information into the ESS portal.
  • Handle the issuance of contracts to candidates upon hiring confirmation.
  • Manage documentation related to resignations and dropouts.
  • Send official emails to candidates and host companies.
  • Accompany the Project Lead on visits to host companies for engagement activities.
  • Regularly update the master sheet with current status information.

Competencies :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and service level.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer proficiency, especially in Excel, Microsoft Office and Powerpoint.

Required Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, Education, Social Work, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in program coordination/HR Operations
