  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope: Team Member – Spare Parts Installation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow standardized work procedures 100%, including safety instructions, daily safety checks, 5S standards, position standards, work orders, and element sheets.
  • Call for immediate support from the Team Leader (T/L) in case of abnormal situations that affect safety, quality, assembly process, or tact time.
  • Maintain a high level of 5S standards within the workplace.
  • Handle and move truck parts with or without crane facilities, forklift, or manual handling as needed.
  • Actively provide improvement suggestions to the team leader and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in team improvement meetings and share insights for process optimization.
  • Report any deviations to the Team Leader and document them in the element sheet for corrective action.
  • Ensure all near-accidents are reported to the Team Leader for preventive measures.
  • Support problem-solving activities by providing necessary information to the Team Leader.
  • Implement approved improvement activities in collaboration with the team to achieve zero deviations in safety and quality.

Objective:

The primary responsibility of the Team Member is to strictly adhere to standardized work within the assigned area. In case of any abnormal situations, immediate Andon-support must be requested in real time. The role contributes to achieving zero deviations in safety and quality by leveraging expertise, providing improvement ideas, and implementing approved solutions in coordination with the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
