Supervisor

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in the overall management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial management
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to the Restaurant Manager
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu items are delivered consistently and to the highest quality
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to create a positive and productive work environment
  • Assist with the implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive increased revenue
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations

Front service/waiter

  • Greet customers and hand out menus.
  • Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.
  • Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.
  • Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
  • Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.
  • Prepare the bill for tables when requested.
  • Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.

Kitchen Helper

  • Assist in order preparation/setting
  • Assist in beverage preparation/setting
  • Communicate orders to kitchen, monitor timely preparation and ensure completion of order.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 – 72 per week
