Supervisor
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in the overall management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial management
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to the Restaurant Manager
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu items are delivered consistently and to the highest quality
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to create a positive and productive work environment
- Assist with the implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive increased revenue
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations
Front service/waiter
- Greet customers and hand out menus.
- Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.
- Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.
- Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
- Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.
- Prepare the bill for tables when requested.
- Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.
Kitchen Helper
- Assist in order preparation/setting
- Assist in beverage preparation/setting
- Communicate orders to kitchen, monitor timely preparation and ensure completion of order.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 48 – 72 per week
