The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with the brand’s identity and marketing strategies, specifically within the men’s fashion and apparel industry. This role requires strong creativity and technical skills to produce high-quality digital and print materials that enhance product presentation and brand appeal.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

  • Conceptualize and design marketing materials, including lookbooks, fashion catalogs, packaging, social media content, banners, and advertisements.
  • Develop innovative visual content for e-commerce platforms, websites, and digital campaigns tailored to men’s fashion trends.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to create compelling product visuals that enhance the shopping experience.
  • Stay updated with men’s fashion trends, typography, and visual aesthetics to produce fresh and engaging content.

Brand Identity & Visual Consistency

  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets by adhering to established fashion branding guidelines.
  • Develop and refine brand visuals, including logo applications, color palettes, and typography suitable for men’s fashion.
  • Maintain a cohesive design style across different marketing and product packaging materials.

Content & Asset Management

  • Organize and manage digital assets, including apparel mock-ups, fashion illustrations, and photography edits.
  • Work with printers, vendors, and external agencies to ensure high-quality production of promotional and packaging materials.
  • Adapt designs for multiple formats, including print, web, and social media, focusing on men’s fashion aesthetics.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with the merchandising, marketing, and e-commerce teams to support fashion launches and campaigns.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for apparel material specifications and production requirements.

Quality Control & Compliance

  • Ensure all designs meet quality standards, including resolution, color accuracy, and file formats suitable for apparel.
  • Review and proofread final designs to prevent errors before publication or printing.
  • Maintain awareness of copyright and licensing regulations related to design assets in the fashion industry.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong creative and visual communication skills, particularly in men’s fashion branding.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced fashion environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in fashion branding, digital marketing, and e-commerce design for men’s apparel.
  • Knowledge of men’s fashion trends, garment construction, and textile applications.
  • Photography and photo editing skills tailored to fashion product presentation.
  • Video editing and animation skills for fashion content creation are an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with print production processes and specifications for apparel packaging.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
