Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify new market opportunities, drive sales growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, negotiation, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Track sales performance and report to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong business network in GLC, MNC, and Government bodies (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze business data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
