Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in accounting data entry, account payable and receivable.
  • Responsible for accounts bookkeeping and assist in accounts transactions, checking and verification.
  • Assist in billing, payment collection and arrangement.
  • Responsible for preparing sales proposals and agreements, ensuring all details are accurate and meet client requirements.
  • Responsible for general administrative tasks, including monitoring staff attendance, office cleanliness and maintenance, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with the Accounts and HR departments to ensure smooth procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
