Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Help in managing inventory records and updating stock levels.
- Support the preparation of warehouse documents such as delivery orders, stock transfers, and goods received notes.
- Assist in coordinating shipments and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Help maintain proper storage organization and stock arrangement.
- Support warehouse stock checks and assist in inventory audits.
- Coordinate with courier services and logistic partners for deliveries.
- Assist in resolving any logistic or warehouse-related issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties.
