  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior IT Executive to support our IT operations, maintain system efficiency, and assist with troubleshooting technical issues. This role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations, system maintenance, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Assist in system troubleshooting, installations, and configurations.
  • Monitor IT systems, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
  • Support users by resolving technical problems and providing guidance on IT best practices.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation, including user guides and system records.
  • Assist in software and system updates, patches, and security configurations.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and system enhancements.
  • Ensure IT policies and security guidelines are followed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred:

  • Experience in IT support or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of cloud services, cybersecurity, or basic programming is a plus.
