
Retail Support Executive
Position Overview:
The Retail Support Executive plays an essential role in the operational support of the retail department by managing pricing, Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials, stationery, order processing, and assisting in retail shop activities. This position also provides support for team operations and weekend events, ensuring smooth and effective operations throughout the retail business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Price Tag Management
o Regularly monitor and provide price tags as per request which related to normal repeat
order, price set, price strategies or promotions.
o Collaborate with the retail team to ensure price accuracy and visibility for customers.
2. POP Coordination
o Coordinate and organize all Point-of-Purchase (POP) ready for the retail outlets, ensuring all
POP signages arrive retail outlets on time.
3. Stationery Arrangement
o Oversee and manage stationery supplies, ensuring an adequate stock of materials for
day-to-day operations.
o Order and organize office supplies and retail materials, ensuring timely availability for retail
shops.
4. Price Update (Booklet, Newspaper, Promotion)
o Assist in updating promotional booklets, newspaper ads, and any other promotional material
to reflect the latest prices and offers.
o Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all marketing material, pricing and
promotion is accurate and up-to-date.
5. Order Processing and Documentation Preparation
o Process and prepare all necessary documentation for orders accurately and efficiently.
o Ensure order information is entered into the system correctly and reflected in all relevant
databases.
o Work closely with the team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
6. Retail Shop Support
o Provide ongoing operational support to retail shops, ensuring inventory is well-managed,
orders are fulfilled, and shop needs are met.
o Assist in resolving issues or challenges related to retail operations, stock management etc.
o Ensure the shop teams are well-equipped to meet daily demands and support activities.
7. Team Assistance
o Collaborate with the retail team to ensure smooth workflow and operations across all
departments.
o Provide assistance with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
o Foster team communication and assist in supporting day-to-day retail tasks.
8. Weekend / Weekday Event Support
o Standby to assist with weekend events, helping with setup, logistics, and ensuring that
events run smoothly.
o Provide support to customers and participants during events, ensuring a positive experience.
o Handle any event-related tasks or issues that arise during weekends or promotional events.

- Customer-Centric Approach: Though the focus is not on customer service directly, maintain a customer-centric mindset by ensuring that retail operations and materials are aligned to support customer satisfaction.
- Event Coordination Support: Assist with weekend events, contributing to event success and overall company goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail operations or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to work weekends or support weekend events as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,154.29 - RM3,000.00 per month
