JOB DESCRIPTIONS
· Clean and service assigned guest rooms following hotel standards.
· Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
· Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, and dust furniture.
· Remove trash and ensure waste bins are emptied.
· Report maintenance issues such as plumbing leaks, AC malfunctions, or broken furniture to Supervisor.
· Maintain confidentiality and respect guests’ privacy at all times.
· Ensure guest privacy and respect "Do Not Disturb" signs
· Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
· Follow hotel safety protocols and hygiene regulations.
· Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
· Work closely with other departments to personalize guest experiences
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
· Experience in housekeeping is an advantage.
· Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.
· Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
· Good physical condition (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
· Team player with a positive attitude.
· Basic communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
