JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To handle full set of accounts and all aspect of accounting functions
- To manage day-to-day accounting operations
- To prepare monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting
- To handle payments and collections including but not limited to preparation of monthly reconciliations
- To liaise with all departments, auditors and other external parties from time to time
- To assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors or management as when needed
JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and/or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office application & SQL financial accounting software
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- A team player with skills such as problem solving, good interpersonal skills and with a mature personality
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
