Main Responsibilities:

1. To plan, strategize, manage, develop, implement, lead & execute the overall biomedical projects from initiation to completion. Cooperation together with Project Management Office (PMO) and Appointed Consultant for any project and renovation under Avisena Healthcare.

2. Coordinate procurement, installation and commissioning of medical equipment.

3. Develop project timelines, allocate resources and track progress.

4. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

5. Identify required biomedical equipment based on hospital/ healthcare facility needs.

6. Consult with medical staff to determine essential devices for patient care.

7. Conduct equipment lifecycle analysis to decide between new purchases, upgrades, or replacements.

8. To ensure all procured assets comply to Medical Device Act and follow Central Procurement standards.

9. Prepare a detailed budget record, including itemized equipment costs, present budget proposal, justify expenditures by demonstrating efficiency, patient safety, and regulatory compliance benefits and revise budget plan based on feedback and financial constrains.

10. Justify budget allocations with data-driven analysis & ROI assessments.

11. Maintain financial records and procurement documents for audits, ensure budget aligns with regulatory and hospital financial policies.

12. Vendor negotiation and cost control, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements with suppliers, seek bulk purchase discounts and cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement startegies to stay within budget limits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
