Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling general documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including record-keeping and correspondence.
  • Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, and bookkeeping.
  • Manage warehouse-related documents, including sales invoices, purchase invoices, delivery orders, and stock records.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping for stock movement and inventory updates.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain proper documentation flow.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts.
  • Handle basic customer inquiries and liaise with vendors when necessary.
  • Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and numbers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
