Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling general documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including record-keeping and correspondence.
- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, and bookkeeping.
- Manage warehouse-related documents, including sales invoices, purchase invoices, delivery orders, and stock records.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for stock movement and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain proper documentation flow.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and liaise with vendors when necessary.
- Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and numbers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
