Job Requirements:

  • Must have at least a SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or equivalent in any field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Strong time management and motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt responses to customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and the language of the market).
  • Good attitude etiquette (tone, pace, grammar, articulation) when speaking with customers.
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems.
