RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and organize employee files and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
  • Support in updating HR policies and procedures.

Learning and Development:

  • Support in scheduling and coordinating training sessions.
  • Assist in tracking employee training records.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:

  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
  • Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the HR team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
