Responsibilities: • Service Support. Liaising with principals / service team on service work/procedures related. • Efficient and accurate Order Processing input transfer into the Dynamics 365 Business Central and Proline System. • To coordinate and monitor schedule for service, repair and Testing & Commissioning, including preparing any service forms/document compliance with Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device (GDPMD) guidelines and procedures. • To assist / Handle in tender preparation and quotation preparation. This is including of typing of quotation, Sebutharga, Tender and etc. • To assist in handling customer inquiries or complaints and to provide technical and spare parts information on product range. Redirect customers’ inquiries to the respective Sales personnel / Service Engineer or Department Head. • To coordinate for Department on Exhibition, Demo, Seminars and etc. • To assist the Sales Team in carrying out product demonstration and application as and when necessary. • Handle customer orders and co-ordination of logistics for sales/service team on delivery of goods to site. • To ensure all documents are in proper filing and safe keeping. • Other administrative duties as and when required. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field. • Minimum 1 year working experience preferably in similar industry. • Work independently under minimal supervision. • Computer literate and performing multi-tasking. • Reliable, resourceful and team-oriented. • Familiar with ordering/service System will be an added advantage.
