  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Assist field sales representatives and manage inquiries from customers or prospects.
  • Process incoming sales orders promptly and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with customers, dealers, transporters, and forwarders to guarantee timely deliveries.
  • Monitor stock availability and liaise with production and distribution teams.
  • Generate and analyze weekly PSI (Purchase, Sell-through, Inventory) and sales reports.
  • Provide accurate stock allocation updates and sales insights for the team.
  • Support weekly forecast adjustments to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in sales operations processes is a plus.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
