Job Description:
- Develop and conceptualize design solutions based on client requirements.
- Create 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
- Prepare technical drawings for client and authority submissions.
- Produce architectural plans, specifications and cost estimates for projects.
- Assist the Project Lead in coordinating and managing project tasks and timelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software (3D Max, V-Ray, Revit. Enscape), SketchUp, AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality design work for every project.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external clients.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1.00 per month
