Customer Service Professional (PJ)
* Provide first-level support for all phone and email enquiries while meeting service level and turnaround standards.
* Identify customer needs, clarify enquiries/complaints, and resolve them promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate with internal departments and escalate unresolved issues to the second-level support team, ensuring all cases are followed through to closure.
* Engage with customers, going the extra mile to satisfy their needs and build customer loyalty.
* Maintain records of all conversations in the call center database in a clear and organized manner for analysis and reporting.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
