POSITION SUMMARY:

Application Analyst is responsible to evaluate and assesses needs of clinical material i e related to EMR and its online workflow and train clinicians and other healthcare staff to accustomed to the HIS online process to the new variations of online workflow.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Roles:

1. Troubleshoot hardware, software and HIS system.

2. Provide first level support for HIS module in TrakCare, Labtrak and Healthshare.

3. Maintain TrakCare Code Table

4. Analyzed, compiled, and validate crucial medical data to EMR.

5. Be familiar with all hardware and software.

6. Provide EMR functionality and workflows.

7. Provide orientation to new users of existing technology.

8. Train staff about potential uses of existing technology.

9. Train staff about new and potential use.

10. Provide individual training for staff and specialist.

11. Provide recommendations about accessing information and support.

12. Monitor existing TrakCare integration with other system such as:

a. SAP

b. PACS

c. PACS Broker

13. Monitor TrakCare integration with lab instrument.

14. Provide support for Speedminer Datamining system.

15. Provide recommendation about current HIS performances.

16. Provide assessment and evaluation for HIS system upgrade if needed.

EMR Analyst Function:

1. Evaluated and documented clinical workflows and requirements for application development.

2. Maintained all possible EMR data medical records in electronic software applications.

3. Monitored existing workflows and formulated requirements specifications.

4. Suggested alternative solutions for resolution or areas in clinical/operation tasks and workflows.

5. Designed and modified existing workflow program for leveraging new modules.

6. Prepared and implemented training curriculum and elements of EMR in TrakCare.

Academic Qualification: DIPLOMA / DEGREE IN IT
