Job Description: Facilities Executive
Overview:
The Facilities Executive will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities at KEDAI are maintained and operated efficiently. This includes overseeing preventive maintenance programs, managing urgent maintenance issues, and supervising renovations and refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facility Management:
- Oversee and manage all installations, repairs, and maintenance of the property, including machinery, mechanical systems, buildings, and other structures.
2. Preventive Maintenance:
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all facility equipment and systems.
3. Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs and services beyond in-house capabilities.
4. Emergency Planning:
- Create and implement emergency response procedures for the facility.
5. Budget Management:
- Prepare and monitor the facility's budget, ensuring expenditures remain within the allocated amount.
6. Safety Compliance:
- Ensure the facility adheres to safety regulations and that employees are aware of and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Facilities Executive or similar role.
- Familiarity with basic accounting and financial principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
