  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Provide L2 support for application issues, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to AS400, Mainframe, and Control-M jobs.

Batch Job Monitoring (Control-M)

Monitor, manage, and resolve issues related to batch job schedules using Control-M, ensuring jobs are processed as expected.

System Monitoring & Performance

20%

Use tools like Geneos and Splunk to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime for critical applications.

Incident & Problem Management

10%

Handle incident and problem management, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of critical issues.

Documentation & Reporting

10%

Create and maintain operational documentation, reports, and knowledge base for support processes, including incident logs and resolution steps.
