Responsibilities:

  • Assist in keying in applicant details for job vacancies.
  • Maintain records of past and current employees who have worked at the company.
  • Support the HR team in organizing and managing employee documentation.
  • Assist in any tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
  • Participate in general HR administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and administrative processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
