Consultant
The Consultant will manage end-to-end executive search assignments, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality candidates. This role requires strong relationship management, industry expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial client briefing to candidate placement.
- Develop and implement search strategies to identify top-tier candidates.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles and recommendations to clients.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence.
- Mentor and guide Associate Consultants.
- To source for candidates through cold callings, networking and referrals, data base search, directories search and any other methods – daily.
- To interview and assess the candidates’ suitability.
- To prepare reports and present candidates to the client.
- To follow up and coordinate for client interviews.
- To persuade candidate in accepting the client’s offer.
- To conduct reference checks on candidates.
- To do follow-up on existing accounts and or prospecting for new client through seminar, newspaper advertisements, referrals, et-cetera.
- To establish own Industrial Practice Group.
- To maintain relationship with both clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in executive search or recruitment.
- Strong client management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment practices.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
