We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Cum Clerk to join our team. This role combines administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize office documents and records (both digital and physical).
- Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars.
- Handle correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and physical mail.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other office materials.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in arranging and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
Clerical Duties:
- Handle routine office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Data entry into various systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and processing invoices.
- Prepare and maintain various types of office documents (letters, memos, etc.)
Customer Service:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff.
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Assist with maintaining a welcoming office environment for visitors.
General Office Management:
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of office equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure tasks and deadlines are met.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data appropriately.
Other Duties:
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required by management or supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
