Job Descriptions
- Monitor all staff to adhere to security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives.
- Enforces all rules and regulations set forth by Building Management.
- Registration and issuance of entry passes / Permit to Work (PTW) to vendors who have dealings with all tenants.
- Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- Attending meeting and in-service training conducted by the Security & Car Park Operation/Group Human Capital/external and attendance is compulsory except those on official duty.
- Assist the local authorities; attend to inquiries and members of the public in need of assistance.
- Feedback - keeping the Manager - Security & Car Park Operation constantly posted on all matters of security interests affecting the premises and the department.
- To monitor all security stocks and to purchase order accordingly. To prepare CR (Credit Request), PR (Purchased Request), CN (Credit Note), for all security related and others that deem fit by The Management.
- Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
- Meets quality standards and customer expectations on a daily basis.
- Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Adhere to the Company and Human Resource policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
- Responsible for maintaining good moral and work discipline at all times.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department and the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
- Positive attitude, good communication and people skills.
- Familiarizes with the Buildings Emergency Procedures.
- Ability to deal effectively with all tenants, guests, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to diffuse anger and collect accurate information.
