Responsibilities:
- Serve visitors, ensure that the information provided to customers is accurate and clear
- Reply messages
- Manage client's FAQ, reply client's questions
- Some paperwork job
Requirements:
- Basic communication skills in multiple languages.
- Familiarity with office software (such as Microsoft Office, Excel) and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Willing to do, willing to learn, strong adaptability, good attitude and patience
- Not timid to face strangers and can communicate fluently

- 面对陌生人不胆怯,并能流利沟通
- 肯做,肯学,应变能力强, 态度良好,有耐心
