
Electrical & Electronics Technician
Responsibilities :
1) Electrical & Electronic System Installation
a) Responsible for installing and debugging electrical systems, control panels, sensors, batteries, wiring harnesses, and other electronic components for light construction and agricultural machinery.
b) Follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical standards to complete wiring, soldering, and connections, ensuring proper system functionality.
2) Equipment testing & Troubleshooting
a) Conduct functional testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards.
b) Diagnose and repair electrical faults in the production process using tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
3) Production line Support & Technical Improvements
a) Provide technical support for assembly line operations, ensuring compliance with production processes and quality management system requirements.
b) Participate in process optimization by proposing improvements to the installation of electrical and electronic components to enhance efficiency and reliability.
4) Documentation & Reporting
a) Record installation and testing data, maintain maintenance reports, and ensure compliance with company standards and ISO 9001 requirements.
b) Input production data into the ERP system and monitor inventory levels of electrical components in coordination with the procurement team.
5) Safety & Quality Control
a) Adhere to workplace safety regulations to prevent electrical hazards such as shot circuits, shocks, or fires.
b) Collaborate with the quality control department to inspect and ensure compliance with standards, making improvements needed.
Daily Tasks
1) Assemble, wire, and test electrical systems according to production plans.
2) Perform routine electrical testing to ensure system functionality.
3) Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on the production line.
4) Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety standards.
Weekly Tasks
1) Conduct routine maintenance checks on electrical equipment to prevent malfunctions.
2) Attend technical and safety training sessions for skill improvement.
3) Participate in quality meetings to discuss electrical-related issues and propose solutions.
Monthly tasks
1) Submit monthly maintenance and performance reports for electrical systems.
2) Conduct deep inspections and calibrations of key electrical components to enhance product quality.
3) Attend cross-department meetings to collaborate with engineers and production managers on process optimization.
4) Evaluate component usage and propose procurement recommendations to maintain sufficient stock.
Job Requirements :
Basic Requirements
1) Education : Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2) Experience : At least 2 years of experience in industrial equipment, electrical installation, or electromechanical assembly.
Skills:
1) Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
2) Skilled in using electrical testing tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
3) Basic knowledge of PLC systems is an advantage.
4) Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards and ERP systems is preferred.
