Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in compliance with local, national, and international standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory bodies and industry standards for health, safety, and the environment.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and safety protocols for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the emergency response plan on site.
  • Provide training on emergency response, personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe work procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance within the company.
  • Any relevant task assigned from higher authorities

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is an advantage.

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing HSE programs on large-scale construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and construction industry standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
