The HR Admin Executive acts as a vital link between the HR department and various business units, collaborating with both management and employees to enhance workplace relationships, boost morale, and drive productivity and retention. By offering both strategic and operational HR support, the HR Admin Executive ensures that HR initiatives are effectively aligned with the organization's business goals.

Your Contribution as an HR Admin Executive

  • Gather and verify all required candidate documents.
  • Enter candidate details into the ESS portal.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts upon hiring confirmation.
  • Process and manage documentation for resignations and dropouts.
  • Communicate with candidates and host companies via official emails.
  • Assist the HR Lead during visits to host companies for engagement activities.
  • Keep the master sheet updated with the latest status information.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
