  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Developer (Mainframe with Cards) to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in Mainframe zOS, CICS, VSAM, COBOL, DB2, JCL, and Card Link/Vision Plus. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in zOS, CICS, VSAM, COBOL, DB2, JCL.
  • Proficiency in Zeke, File Aid, Changeman, AbendAid, Card Link/Vision Plus.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Application development experience, including design, coding, testing, and debugging.

Good-to-Have Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of API/Java.
  • Experience in automation tools and scripting.
  • Familiarity with Easytrieve, REXX, SAS, ABEND AID, FileAid, Endeavor, Expeditor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on credit card systems, ensuring efficient development and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain applications in Mainframe zOS - CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, MVS environments.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Agile project delivery.
  • Utilize DevOps tools for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks/projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring smooth system operations.
