Job Summary:
The Business Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks within the organization. This position involves managing communications, maintaining records, coordinating logistics, and supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document filing, and record-keeping.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and inquiries from donors, volunteers, and partners in a professional manner.
- Support in preparing reports, letters, and other official documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper organization.
- Assist in updating and maintaining donor and volunteer databases.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting minutes.
- Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
