Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and confidentiality protocols.
