Job Description:
We is seeking a Korean-Speaking Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. As part of our recruitment efforts for the Korean-speaking market, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top talent for a variety of roles within our organization. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for positions across consulting, technology, and operations in Korea and other regions.
Your ability to engage, assess, and hire top-tier talent for global and local teams is key to our success. If you are passionate about recruitment, have a strong understanding of the Korean labor market, and are fluent in both Korean and English, we would love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers for roles within Consulting, Technology, and Operations teams.
- Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach to build a strong pipeline of Korean-speaking talent.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Assessment & Interviews: Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client’s global and local teams.
- Offer Management & Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
- Market Insights & Strategy: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Korean labor market to provide valuable insights into market trends, compensation packages, and talent availability.
- Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for client's employer brand, representing the company at recruitment events, networking sessions, and job fairs targeting Korean-speaking talent.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to improving the recruitment process by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to streamline candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Recruitment Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on hiring for consulting, technology, or operations roles.
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in Korean (both written and spoken) and English (business proficiency).
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.94 - RM9,500.42 per month
