PROTEGE - CORPORATE COMMUNICATION
Job Description:
Summary: Assisting the Corporate Communication Team in various tasks and activities related to internal and external communication efforts within the company.
Content Creation: Assist in the development and creation of various communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and social media content, ensuring alignment with the company’s voice and messaging
Media Relations: Support the corporate communication team in building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to enhance the company's public profile.
Media Coordination: Help coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and media monitoring activities. Prepare comprehensive media kits and press materials, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the corporate communication team to develop and execute innovative social media strategies and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engage the target audience across various platforms.
Event Support: Provide support in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, such as conferences, seminars, and employee town halls. Assist in logistical arrangements and event promotion, including drafting invitations, managing RSVPs, and ensuring seamless event execution.
Media Monitoring: Monitor media outlets for mentions of the company, its products, or key executives. Prepare detailed summaries and analytical reports for the communication team to inform strategic decisions.
Crisis Communication: Assist in the development and execution of crisis communication plans, ensuring timely and effective communication during critical situations.
Internal Communication: Support internal communication efforts by creating content for internal newsletters, intranet updates, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture.
Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of communication campaigns and media coverage. Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and recommend improvements.
Requirements :
1) Degree students in Mass Communication, Marketing, Copywriting or related field.
2) Computer literate
3) Able to communicate with all levels
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 8-12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
