What You’ll Do:

  • Order & Restock Materials: Make sure stores have enough VMD Kits & POSM (like displays, posters, etc.).
  • Track Inventory: Keep records of stock levels.
  • Work with Samsung SDS Team: Ensure timely delivery of materials to stores and track shipment status.
  • Update Stakeholders: Inform teams about delivery schedules and any changes.
  • Prepare Delivery Notes: Issue documents for shipments.
  • Check Delivery Accuracy: Ensure the right items are delivered as per company standards.
  • Maintain Records: Keep organized documentation for tracking shipments and approvals.
  • Fix Issues: Identify and resolve delivery delays or discrepancies.
  • Handle Payment Requests: Complete forms for PR (purchase request) settlements.
  • Submit Documents: Gather and submit necessary paperwork for payments.
  • Coordinate Repairs: Work with maintenance teams to fix or replace damaged promotional items.
  • Monitor Maintenance Progress: Track and update teams about ongoing repairs.

What You Need:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Good Excel & Word skills.
  • Strong analytical & communication skills (both writing & speaking).
  • Retail visual merchandising knowledge is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates can apply!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
