Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Executive, where your skills will shine as you handle inbound and outbound communications while delivering exceptional service!
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective Communication: Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and various tasks efficiently, ensuring every interaction is positive.
- Technical Support: Provide first-level technical assistance following established procedures and utilizing available tools to ensure a smooth end-to-end resolution.
- Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer issues swiftly and completely, addressing enquiries and requests with the latest updates and solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Keep customers informed about our range of products and services, guiding them on how to maximize their benefits.
- Request Management: Handle existing customer requests, including data updates, account renewals, migrations, replacements, troubleshooting, and complaint management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and provide insights on customer problems, contributing to process enhancements and working towards eliminating issues entirely.
- Installer Support: Assist installers in registering, testing, and activating new accounts in our system.
- Alert Management: Manage alerts related to theft, crash-call requests, and Stolen Vehicle Recovery, adhering strictly to guidelines set by management.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Take on any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor or management as needed.
